Our practice is comprised of Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and a staff who are specially trained in Internal Medicine. We know how important good health is and our goal is to treat your illnesses as well as help prevent them.
We specialize in the treatment of conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Allergies, Depression, and Osteoarthritis. Our services include GYN Exams, Wellness Exams, Medicare Annual Wellness Exams, Joint Injections, and Weight Management.
Your health and well-being depends on a partnership between you and your physician and others on the healthcare team. Our partnership is of greatest benefit to you when you bring your medical problems to our attention in a timely fashion, provide information about your medical condition to the best of your ability, ask questions about your care and treatment, and actively participate in your health care management.
Office Visits: You will be contacted by our automated patient reminder system to remind you of your appointment. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork if you have not completed prior to your visit. We ask that you bring all prescription medication with you to your visit.
Hospitalization: When hospitalization is required, a hospitalist will see you at the hospital of your choice.
Referrals: There may be times when the physician must refer you to a specialist. When you are referred to a specialist for consultation and/or testing we will assist you in making those appointments and obtaining pre-authorizations as required by your insurance carrier.
Annual physical/Preventative Health: Our office provides an annual physical exam, annual wellness exams for Medicare patients and most screening test that are covered by your insurance carrier.
Billing: Co-payments are due at the time services are rendered. You will receive a bill from our office after your charges have been processed by your insurance carrier(s). Or if you haven’t heard from your insurance carrier after an extended period of time. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company if you have not received an “Explanation of Benefits” (or EOB). All non-covered charges, co-insurance and deductibles are due and payable within 30 days of billing. If you do not have insurance and/or special arrangements are necessary for the payment of your bill, please contact our business office to make payment arrangements.

She has been an office manager for more than twenty-nine years in Urgent Care, Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.
