Tracy J. Osborne, M.D.
Tracy Osborne has been in our practice since 1997. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology at the University of Illinois in 1987. She completed her MD and residency in Internal Medicine at Southern Illinois School of Medicine in 1994. She completed her fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1997.
Dr. Osborne is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She practices both general Adult Medicine as well as consulting in Infectious Disease.
She is currently Chief of Medicine at Southern Hills Medical Center and serves on their Board of Directors. She is past Chief of Staff at Southern Hills as well.
She is an avid runner who loves to cook and spend time with her husband and two labrador retrievers.
Dr. Julie Stinson-Reynolds
Julie Stinson-Reynolds is a Nashville native. She received her bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Agnes Scott College in 1995. She completed her medical degree from University of Tennessee Medical Center in Memphis in 2000. She stayed in Memphis for her Internal Medicine residency at Methodist University Hospital which she completed in 2003.
She then moved back home to Nashville and joined Middle Tennessee Internal Medicine Associates. She is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Stinson-Reynolds has passion for preventative medicine.
Dr. Stinson-Reynolds is active in her church particularly in youth ministry. She enjoys reading, physical strength training and of course spending time with her husband, daughter, and family members.
Jacob B. Page, ACNP
Jacob B. Page has been an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at Middle Tennessee Internal Medicine Associates since 2007.
Mr. Page graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2007.
Prior to graduate school, he attended Lipscomb University and received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Applied Biochemistry.
Jacob is an avid sports fan, and loves working with orthopedic patients. He specializes in steroidal joint injections, and recently started offering more invasive therapies with sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronan or HA) injections.
Jacob has also worked in travel medicine for the past six years, and enjoys making sure his patients are effectively vaccinated prior to all international travel.
Jacob enjoys spending time outside of the office with his wife and friends. His favorite hobbies include playing golf, watching Tennessee Vols football and skiing.
Autumn Nelson, ACNP
Autumn Nelson joined our practice in 2016. She received her undergraduate
degree from Belmont University in 2009. After working for six years in
Surgical-Oncology, she returned to Belmont University to pursue a Master’s
She is passionate about preventative health and patient education.

Sylvia Parker, Office Manager
Sylvia Parker has been with Middle Tennessee Internal Medicine Associates since 2005.
She has been an office manager for more than twenty-nine years in Urgent Care, Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.
